Most of my updates on here have been about my employee-facing videos, but I wanted to share with employers that my employer-facing social media posts are all on LinkedIn. Per my focus on gender equity in the workplace, most of my posts are about legal considerations in gender-based violence and harassment at work and parental leave policy setup.
Back in November, when I announced the launch of my business, I did a 16-day series lining up with the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence to talk about domestic violence in the workplace. This covered legal considerations in occupational health and safety, human rights, and employment standards. I also interviewed some experts from the gender-based violence field to supplement the analysis in a case study.
